Effective date: August 20, 2026 · ANDA is operated by Disode LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us").
Updated on this date to describe how ANDA works today: the plan is monthly, payments are made by you from your own bank, and ANDA verifies that they arrived.
ANDA is a personal finance planning tool. It calculates a monthly plan to repay your credit card debt, tells you how much to pay and to which card, reminds you when a payment is due, and — for the cards you connect — verifies that your payment reached the card.
ANDA does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice; all plans are mathematical projections based on the data available to us. ANDA does not move money: you make every payment yourself, from your own bank, to your own card issuer. ANDA never receives, holds, or transmits your funds.
ANDA is not a debt settlement, debt relief, debt adjustment, or credit repair service. We do not contact your creditors, do not negotiate on your behalf, do not act as an intermediary between you and your issuers, and do not receive payments from you to distribute to them. Your agreements with your card issuers are entirely between you and them.
If automatic transfers are offered in the future, they will be executed by a licensed payment processor under your explicit authorization, funds will move directly from your bank to your card issuer — never through ANDA's accounts — and these terms will be updated before that feature is enabled.
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping access to your email account secure, and for all activity under your ANDA account.
Connecting a financial institution is optional and read-only, powered by Plaid. You authorize us to retrieve, for the cards you connect: your credit card liabilities (balances, APRs, minimum payments, statement and due dates) and the transactions on those cards — which we use to verify that your payments arrived and to show your history. We never receive your bank username or password; those are handled directly by Plaid.
Data availability depends on your institution. Where your issuer does not report a figure, ANDA either leaves it blank and says so, or uses a clearly-labeled estimate that you can correct at any time. You can disconnect a bank whenever you want from Settings.
What we collect and how long we keep it is described in our Privacy Policy.
When ANDA takes you to your bank's app or website to make a payment, it is only opening that app or page and, where possible, copying the amount to your clipboard so you don't have to retype it. You enter the payment, you confirm it, and you are responsible for it. ANDA cannot start, change, schedule, or cancel a payment.
When ANDA marks a payment as verified, it means we saw a matching transaction reported by your bank. That confirmation depends on your bank and can take several days to appear. A payment not yet shown as verified in ANDA may still have been made and received.
Payoff dates, interest totals, and interest avoided shown by ANDA are estimates that depend on the accuracy of the underlying data, your actual payments, and your issuer's terms. Actual results will vary. ANDA is not responsible for fees, interest, or penalties charged by your issuers, including late fees if a payment is made late or not made at all.
Reminders and notifications are a convenience, not a guarantee. They can be delayed or not delivered — by your device, your operating system, or your network — and it remains your responsibility to pay your issuers on time.
Certain features may require a paid subscription, billed through your app store. Prices, trial periods, and included features will be shown before you purchase. You can cancel anytime through your app store settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. If your subscription ends, your plan and your data remain in ANDA, but connected banks may be disconnected, after prior notice, to stop the costs those connections generate.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the app, or using it for unlawful purposes.
You can stop using ANDA and delete your account (and all your data) at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disode LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Questions: hola@anda.finance.
Preguntas: hola@anda.finance.
